Mark Gavriel MD is currently a resident specializing in oncology at the Sheba Medical Center, Tel Hashomer in Israel. 

Previously:

• Dr. Gavriel conducted research in tissue engineering at Tel Aviv University from 2017-2024, focusing on biomechanics, mechanobiology, and developing arterial and endometrial in vitro models. This research resulted in publications on tissue-engineered arterial intima models exposed to shear stresses and tissue-engineered endometrial barrier and multi-cellular uterine wall models.

• Prior to specializing in oncology, Dr. Gavriel completed his internship at Sheba Medical Center, Tel-Hashomer.
